The colouring mat is a great idea to let kids develop a positive association with prayer through play, and in doing so experience it as a safe space. I think the fabric, the printing and the tassels were really good quality! A few suggestions for improving the product even more would be to specify on the markers packet what kind of markers they are (eg. fabric/ general use/ water/alcohol based, whether they will wash off if wet etc), as well as to include some darker colours such as brown and a darker green. A brief set of instructions about the fabric care, what other paints/markers can or cannot be used on it would also make it a more polished product. All the best with your venture!

Awesome activity prayer mat for children to use while learning namaaz.

As an adult I loved the idea and concept. My kids loved colouring it. They spent days on it as it was something totally new and who doesn’t like colouring?

This also took away from screen time and a lot of questions were asked by their inquisitive minds about the Kaaba.

The markers just almost made it through the completion.
